Each pre-filled pen contains 1mg (in four doses of 0.25mg each) of Semaglutide in 1.5mL of solution (0.68mg/mL). Normal dosage is once weekly. Keep refrigerated. After first use, store in a refrigerator or below 86F (30C) for up to 6 weeks.

Each multi-use pre-filled pen contains 2mg (in four doses of 0.5mg each) of Semaglutide in 1.5mL of solution (1.34mg/mL). Normal dosage is once weekly. Keep refrigerated. After first use, store in a refrigerator or below 86F (30C) for up to 6 weeks.
