Each kit includes: 1 x 400mg single-use vial of ABILIFY MAINTENA, 1 x 5mL single-use vial of Sterile Water for Injection, 1 x 3mL luer lock syringe with pre-attached 21 gauge 1.5 inch hypodermic safety needle with needle protection device, 1 x 3mL luer lock disposable syringe with luer lock tip, 1 x vial adapter, 1 x 23 gauge 1 inch (25mm) hypodermic safety needle with needle protection device, 1 x 22 gauge, 1.5 inch (38mm) hypodermic safety needle with needle protection device, 1 x 21 gauge, 2 inch (51mm) hypodermic safety needle with needle protection device.

Each single-use pre-filled syringe contains 400mg of Aripiprazole prolonged release solution for injection. Normal dosage is one intramuscular injection monthly.
